Victor Koretzky Victorious in UCI MTB World Cup Nove Město Short Track Race, Pidcock Loses Lead in Final Lap

Victor Koretzky from Specialized Factory Racing claimed his second consecutive win at the UCI World Cup in Nové Město na Moravě, winning the short track race. His teammate Christopher Blevins finished in second place while Thomas Litscher from Lapierre Mavic Unity came in third.

The race started with a fast pace and intense battle for position, with Nino Schurter from Scott-Sram leading the pack but unable to break away. As the race progressed, Tom Pidcock from Ineos Grenadiers made an aggressive move to take the lead into the start gantry. However, he was unable to maintain his position and fell back as Tomas Litscher moved into the front.
