Signature Entertainment Secures U.K. and Irish Rights for World-Breaker, an Action-Packed Sci-Fi Movie Starring Luke Evans, Milla Jovovich, and Billie Boullet

British company Signature has acquired the rights to the film “World-Breaker” starring Luke Evans and Milla Jovovich.

World-Breaker, a thrilling action sci-fi movie, has been acquired by U.K. production, sales, and distribution company Signature Entertainment for the U.K. and Irish rights. The film stars Luke Evans, Milla Jovovich, and Billie Boullett and was recently produced in Northern Ireland.

The announcement of the deal was made during the Cannes Film Festival and market. The feature film was produced by Bradley Gallo, Michael A. Helfant, Martin Brennan, and Jib Polhemus, with Brad Anderson directing it. The script was written by Joshua Rollins and follows a father and daughter trying to escape a burning city while facing a war with creatures from another dimension.

Luke Evans plays the father, Milla Jovovich plays the mother, and Billie Boullett plays the daughter in the film. The U.K. and Irish rights were negotiated between Signature Entertainment CEO Marc Goldberg and acquisitions and development Manager Katie Wilkinson with Nat McCormick, president of worldwide sales and distribution at The Exchange.

Wilkinson expressed excitement for World-Breaker, describing it as an action-packed independent film that rivals big-budget studio projects. She praised its cast, script, director credentials, and believed that U.K. and Irish audiences will enjoy it in 2025 when it is scheduled for release next year.
