Shocking Discoveries: How Soldiers with Allergies Faced Unforeseen Challenges During War

Managing Spring Allergies: Tips for Relieving Symptoms

During the war, soldiers with allergies were shocked to discover the damage to their profiles. Allergies are a common issue that can manifest in a wide range of symptoms, from mild to severe and even life-threatening. Common signs of allergies include a runny or stuffy nose, red and itchy eyes, and a skin rash known as urticaria, which appears as itchy red “islands.”

In more severe cases, allergies can lead to shortness of breath, swelling of the tongue and pharynx, and even suffocation. Severe allergies can result in a state of shock, where blood vessels dilate, blood pressure drops, and loss of consciousness is possible. Allergies can also manifest in less familiar forms, such as prolonged stomach pains, unexplained headaches, chest pains resembling a heart attack, fatigue, and weakness.

Allergies in the spring season are often linked to plants that spread their pollen through the wind, such as grass
