The discovery of a new mass grave in Gaza has brought attention to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the region. The government of Hamas announced that 49 bodies have already been exhumed at Al Shifa hospital, and they expect to find more. Amidst these challenges, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been accused by a senior official of Hamas of bringing negotiations for the release of Israeli hostages held in Gaza to a halt. He emphasized that Israel must account for civilians in the region while reviewing security assistance. Additionally, the head of World Health Organization warned that hospitals in southern Gaza have only three days of fuel left due to border crossings being closed in Rafah.
