Senator Marshall: Trump’s Conviction a Miscarriage of Justice; Small Business Owners Back President Ahead of November Election

Senator Marshall Teams Up with Fox Business to Discuss President Trump’s Resilience

U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. recently spoke on Fox Business with Kudlow about the conviction of President Trump and described it as the most egregious miscarriage of justice in the nation’s history. He emphasized that the true verdict will come at the ballot box in November. During the interview, Senator Marshall highlighted the strong support for President Trump among hardworking Americans and small business owners, noting the backlash against the perceived weaponization of the Justice Department and the enthusiasm among voters to make their voices heard in the upcoming election.

In addition to his comments on President Trump, Senator Marshall also discussed his role in the Republican leadership’s efforts to impede President Biden’s agenda on Capitol Hill. He explained that it only takes 60 votes in Congress to pass legislation, and with just three more Republican votes, they can effectively halt any progress. Senator Marshall criticized President Biden for weaponizing the judicial system and vowed to do everything in his power to slow down Biden’s agenda and prevent further government overreach.

Furthermore, Senator Marshall along with other Senate Republicans sent a letter to Senate Democrat Majority Leader Chuck Schumer warning him that they will not move forward with any of President Biden’s judicial nominations and will actively oppose Democrats’ floor maneuvers to prevent the Biden-Harris administration from wielding power.

Overall, Senator Marshall’s views align with many Republicans who believe that President Trump was wrongfully convicted and that his supporters should continue fighting for his cause until Election Day when they can make their voices heard at polling stations across America.
