Laken Tomlinson has signed a one-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks worth up to $4 million, according to ESPN’s Brady Henderson. With 99 percent of his career snaps played at left guard, Tomlinson is a durable player who has only missed one game in nine seasons.
Tomlinson was originally a first-round pick by the Detroit Lions in 2015 and was later traded to the San Francisco 49ers in 2017. He earned his first Pro Bowl selection in 2021 while playing for the 49ers.
The Seahawks had openings at both guard spots and Tomlinson is a valuable addition to their offensive line. His experience and consistency at left guard make him a reliable option for Seattle as they look to improve their offensive line play.
