On May 4th from 11am-5pm, the Scioto Peninsula located at 333 W. Broad will host COSI’s Big Science Celebration, featuring over 100 science-themed events and hands-on experiences, all free of charge. The event is a collaboration between scientists, researchers, and community organizations, aimed at providing an educational and fun day for anyone who loves science.

Visitors can expect to engage in activities such as playing with robots, digging for dinosaur remains, and exploring a giant inflatable colon. Last year’s celebration ended with a science experiment that ended in a planned explosion, setting the tone for a day filled with excitement and discovery.
