David Iacono has joined Scarlett Johansson in Universal’s upcoming Jurassic World movie. The ensemble cast also includes Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Rupert Friend, and Luna Blaise. The project is set to begin production in mid-June in London, with Gareth Edwards directing.
Iacono is an accomplished actor who has appeared in a variety of TV shows and films. He recently starred in Netflix’s Dead Boy Detectives and Amazon Prime Video’s The Summer I Turned Pretty. Other credits include Tubi and Village Roadshow’s thriller Cinnamon, and he played Eli Briscoe in season two of HBO Max’s The Flight Attendant. In addition to his film work, Iacono has appeared on TV shows like Blue Bloods, The Good Doctor, New Amsterdam, Strangers, NCIS: New Orleans, The Blacklist: Redemption, and Show Me a Hero.
