The Samsung Galaxy Ring is generating a lot of buzz as one of the most highly anticipated tech products of 2024. According to AndroidAuthority, the new wearable may include several health-focused features including the ability to track and measure heart rate, stress levels, skin temperature, menstrual cycle, and snoring.
During an APK teardown of Samsung Health, some health-tracking features were discovered. These features include snore detection and menstrual cycle prediction. However, until Samsung officially announces these features, we can’t confirm their accuracy.
One of the most exciting reported features is the Galaxy Ring’s ability to detect snores by using the phone as a companion. Similar to the Galaxy Watch, users will be able to see timestamped audio recordings of their snoring and deep breathing. It’s important to take these reported features with a grain of salt until Samsung confirms them. Until then, we’ll have to wait for the company’s official word on the capabilities of the Samsung Galaxy Ring.
