Rutgers football extends offer to 4-star wide receiver Davion Brown

Davion Brown, a top wide receiver prospect in the 2026 class, received an offer from Rutgers football this week. The four-star recruit is part of Rutgers’ efforts to assemble a competitive recruiting class this year. Last season, playing for Trinity High School in Richmond, Virginia, Brown caught 41 passes for 928 yards and 11 touchdowns, including four 100-yard games. ESPN ranks him as the 19th best recruit in the nation.

Brown has attracted scholarship offers from multiple universities, including Auburn, Boston College, Duke, Florida State, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, Maryland, Tennessee, Virginia and Virginia Tech. Rutgers faces strong competition as they seek to secure his commitment.
