High School Prospect Amaia Jackson Checks out Rutgers Women’s Basketball Team

Recently, Amaia Jackson paid an unofficial visit to the Rutgers women’s basketball team. The talented guard has been attracting attention from top schools across the country and has an impressive offer list. Rutgers extended an offer to Jackson in late May after she transferred to Montverde Academy in Florida.

In addition to her visit to Rutgers, Jackson has also visited Fairfield University and received offers from schools such as Clemson, Memphis, Mississippi State, Missouri, UPenn, and Penn State. Rutgers head coach Coquese Washington has had a successful track record of recruiting top talent, with the recent addition of five-star guard Kiyomi McMiller and four-star forward Zachara Perkins.

McMiller, ranked No. 27 in the nation according to ESPN, chose Rutgers over offers from schools such as Arizona State, Baylor, Kentucky, LSU, Michigan, and Ole Miss. On social media, Jackson shared her experience visiting Rutgers and expressed interest in potentially joining the program.

Rutgers women’s basketball continues to build a strong team for the future by attracting top recruits like Jackson and McMiller. As they continue their quest for success on the court, fans can expect more exciting moments ahead for this talented group of players.
