Rupert Murdoch, 93, finally tied the knot with Elena Zhukova, 67, at his California vineyard over the weekend. This marked Murdoch’s fifth marriage and sixth engagement. The couple had announced their engagement in March and their wedding ceremony was attended by relatives and friends. The event took place at Murdoch’s Moraga Vineyards in California.
Photos from the ceremony showed guests such as New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft in attendance. Murdoch and Zhukova began dating last summer and confirmed their engagement earlier this year. This wedding comes after Murdoch’s engagement to Ann Lesley Smith in March 2023, which was called off by April.
Murdoch’s career as a conservative media mogul, who founded News Corp and Fox News, has often been intertwined with his romantic life. After retiring from his positions at News Corp and Fox Corps in September 2023, Murdoch passed the responsibilities to his son, Lachlan.
