Director of Development appointed at the College of Engineering and Science

Louisiana Tech College of Engineering and Science has welcomed Rosilynn Gillum as its new director of development. Gillum was previously the director of development for the University’s College of Education and Human Sciences, where she honed her skills in storytelling and connecting with alumni and friends.

Gillum expressed her excitement about joining the College of Engineering and Science, stating that she is eager to showcase the innovative work at Louisiana Tech to the wider community. She is confident that her past experience will enable her to highlight the college’s achievements and forward-thinking initiatives.

Devin Ferguson, assistant vice president for philanthropy and engagement in the Division of University Advancement, praised Gillum’s natural storytelling ability and connection skills. He is confident that she will excel in her new role within the College of Engineering and Science.

Dr. Collin Wick, Dean of the College of Engineering and Science, is thrilled to have Gillum on board. He believes that her innovative approach in developing relationships on campus will bring a fresh perspective to the college, aligning well with its goals of fostering future growth and success.

The College of Engineering and Science at Louisiana Tech offers a diverse range of programs for nearly 3,000 students, including 13 undergraduate, six graduate, and five doctoral programs.
