Students at Irving Branch Elementary School on Edwards AFB recently engaged in a hands-on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics project where they constructed, painted, and launched 12 rockets. The project provided an opportunity for students to apply the knowledge they learned in the classroom to a real-world scenario.
