The City of Rochester has recently approved an Operations and Programming Services agreement with Oak View Group/Sports Academy for the design and construction phases of the Regional Sports & Recreation Complex. The $65 million project will cover construction, soft costs, and site acquisition for the new facility. The City is currently in the process of selecting and acquiring a site for the complex, with their goal being to have a multi-sport indoor/outdoor facility open by late 2026.
Oak View Group has a strong history of relevant experience that will be beneficial for the construction of the complex.
