Derek Meadows, a highly rated five-star wide receiver, is set to visit Georgia this summer as he continues his recruitment process. Meadows, who hails from Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas, received an offer from the Bulldogs in February and has set his visit to Athens for June 7.
Standing at 6-foot-5 and weighing 200 pounds, Meadows is considered one of the top players at his position in the country. He is rated as the No. 1 player in Nevada, the No. 6 wide receiver, and the No. 32 player in the 2025 class according to 247Sports rankings.
Meadows isn’t just successful on the football field; he also earned the Nevada 2023 Gatorade Track and Field Player of the Year award as a sophomore for Bishop Gorman. However, predictions from Rivals, On3, and 247Sports that Meadows will commit to Notre Dame shouldn’t be taken lightly as Kirby Smart’s recruiting skills should not be underestimated.
