Trammell Crow and Georgia Tech Collaborate on Completion of Life Science Building and Apartments

Science Square, a mixed-use development located near Georgia Tech’s campus in Atlanta, has recently been completed by Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures (GATV). The first phase of this 18-acre development includes Science Square Labs, a 368,258-square-foot life science building designed to house cutting-edge labs and clean-room space. This facility is intended to support research and innovation in the life sciences field.

In addition to Science Square Labs, the first phase of Science Square also features The Grace Residences, a 280-unit multifamily tower. This residential tower offers both market-rate and affordable housing options. The Grace Residences consists of a 14-story tower and a connected six-story mid-rise building. Residents began moving in during April and have access to amenities such as a club room, an outdoor courtyard with fire pits and grilling areas, and a pool and fitness center.

This residential complex is located within close proximity to Science Square Labs, creating a convenient and vibrant community for residents and professionals alike. With its cutting-edge facilities and convenient location, Science Square is poised to become a hub for life science research and innovation in the Atlanta area.
