At NPE2024 in Orlando, FL, from May 6 to 10, factory automation supplier Muller Technology will be launching custom mobile robotic systems that offer advanced capabilities. These systems, known as Mobile Manipulators (MoMas) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), are designed to enhance downstream automation processes by enabling operations to run continuously while minimizing OSHA recordable events.
Muller Technology serves as a comprehensive automation solution provider for plastics processors, offering automation solutions from the mold to the end-of-line logistics. As a partner of AMR manufacturer Omron, Muller integrates AMRs and MoMas into turnkey automation operations at their facilities in Colorado and Switzerland.
The MoMa is a unique combination of an AMR and cobot, equipped with a vision-based end-of-arm tool. This allows MoMas to perform a variety of tasks beyond basic transportation, including picking items from shelves, assembling components, and handling delicate objects. The design of the MoMa also enables it to carry empty or full boxes and pallets, making it versatile for repetitive assembly processes and logistics operations.
Muller Technology has a track record of success in implementing automation solutions that lead to increased efficiency, cost savings, and opportunities for employee advancement. At NPE2024, visitors can learn more about Muller’s latest products and services by visiting their booth at the Orange County Convention Center.
