The Marvel program, established in 2018 by TMA’s Technology Committee, aims to showcase monitoring centers that are utilizing advanced technology in their operations. By highlighting these new technologies and their benefits, the program seeks to raise awareness about their potential impact on the industry as a whole. Past winners of the award include National Monitoring Center, ADT, Affiliated Monitoring, CPI Security, and USA Central Station.
To be considered for the Marvel Award, companies must demonstrate how they are using technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness, offer new services to customers, provide enhanced protection and privacy, and show innovation in areas such as video verification, artificial intelligence, home automation, and cloud-based services.
