Revolutionizing Healthcare in Rural Fresno County: The Launch of Saint Agnes Hospital’s Rural Mobile Health Program

A new mobile health unit launched by Saint Agnes Hospital is making it easier for residents in rural parts of Fresno County to access medical care. The program, called the Rural Mobile Health Program, is a collaboration between the hospital and the Fresno County Public Health Department, as well as the hospital’s Graduate Medical Education Program.

At a special unveiling event, the mobile health unit received a blessing from Saint Agnes Spiritual Care before offering tours to interested individuals. The goal of the program is to provide easier access to healthcare services for those living in remote areas of Fresno County.

With this new initiative, residents will have the opportunity to receive doctor visits and health check-ups at no cost. The program is designed to improve health outcomes and overall wellness for rural communities in Fresno County.

Saint Agnes Hospital and its partners are committed to ensuring that all individuals have access to quality healthcare services, regardless of where they live. The Rural Mobile Health Program is a positive step towards improving the health and well-being of residents in underserved rural areas.
