New UltraLOC Seat Recline Technology Unveiled by ITT at the Aircraft Interiors Expo

ITT has announced that its Enidine brand will be introducing its advanced UltraLOC seat recline technology at the 2024 Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) in Hamburg from May 28-30. Along with the UltraLOC technology, ITT Aerospace Controls will also be showcasing its environmental control system and motion control components at the expo.

William Wilk, the Executive Director of Sales for ITT Connect and Control Technologies, Aerospace, emphasized the company’s commitment to addressing the changing needs of the aviation industry. He stated that the new UltraLOC products are designed with safety, durability, and passenger convenience in mind, reflecting ITT’s dedication to innovation.

Enidine will be highlighting its UltraLOC line featuring an HIC damper that integrates energy absorption technology into a compact energy absorber on the seat lock shaft. This solution is capable of withstanding forces up to 2,000 pounds and can be customized for use with various seat lock designs.

The UltraLOC seat recline buttons from Enidine offer flexible configurations for modern aircraft seat designs and come with new LED backlighting options for improved visibility during overnight or low-light flights. Available in mini-round or rectangular designs, the buttons have a lightweight structure, making them versatile for different applications in the aviation industry.

ITT Aerospace Controls is committed to providing innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of modern aircraft interiors. The company has been designing and manufacturing high-quality products for over a century and continues to lead the way in aerospace technology today.
