Revolutionary Water Removal Technology by ESG Clean Energy Boosts Carbon Capture Efficiency and Lowers Costs

Innovative ESG Clean Energy Technology Doubles Carbon Capture Rate Through Patented Process

ESG Clean Energy, LLC (“ESG”) is a leader in the development of power generation and carbon capture systems that aim to produce nearly zero carbon output. Recently, the company announced that ongoing testing results at its facility in Holyoke have shown that their patented water removal technology allows for at least double the amount of carbon to be captured per pound of adsorbent, which is a groundbreaking achievement for the industry.

The successful installation and testing of the water removal system led ESG to test their carbon capture prototype using zeolite as the adsorbent material. The results showed that water removal increased carbon capture by 100% per pound of adsorbent, leading to a significant reduction in the size and cost of carbon capture systems.

ESG Clean Energy’s patented water removal system consists of an advanced ceramic membrane integrated into a unique mechanical cooling system. This technology can be used on both large and small systems and can be retrofitted onto existing power plants, making it a versatile and cost-effective solution for reducing carbon emissions.

The testing was conducted at ESG’s 4.4MW gas-powered power generation plant in Holyoke, serving the local electrical grid. The company plans to implement this technology across all its planned facilities and has licensed it to a subsidiary of Camber Energy for use in Canada and multiple locations in the United States. The goal is to hold waste producers accountable for their CO2 emissions, promoting environmentally responsible practices in the energy sector.
