Rescuing Baby Raccoons from Roof: A Heartwarming Tale of Mother-Child Reunification in Sarasota

Mother and baby raccoons safely reunited after being separated at local business

On Monday morning, three baby raccoons were rescued from the roof of a local business in Sarasota. The raccoons were discovered after chirping sounds were heard coming from the building on North Osprey Avenue. The person who assisted in their removal was able to successfully reunite the babies with their mother.

While they may be cute, raccoons are not ideal house guests. However, it’s a heartwarming ending for the babies and their mother, who have now found a new home nearby. On Tuesday morning, pest control technician Josh shared that the mother had found her babies and they were now living in a new location.

The rescue of these adorable baby raccoons has captured the attention of many in the community. It’s important to remember that while they may be cute, raccoons are wild animals and should not be kept as pets or allowed to enter homes uninvited.
