Rentlio, a platform for managing accommodation units based in Zadar, has announced a partnership agreement with the Agency for Vocational Education and Adult Education (ASOO) to make their system for managing hotel operations available to all vocational schools in Croatia. This collaboration aims to improve the training of future hoteliers and enhance the education system in a competitive labor market.
Rentlio Pro, their cloud-based hotel management system, will provide vocational schools with cutting-edge technology and practical training on modern systems, replacing outdated ones and revolutionizing the management of hotel operations. Although around 40 out of 100 schools in the “Tourism and Hospitality” sector have already implemented the system, other interested schools can still request access.
To ensure that educators are fully equipped to use the system, Rentlio offers free training to all schools and teachers. This partnership between Rentlio and ASOO will guide educational policymakers in shaping effective education strategies that align with the demands of an evolving labor market. Through digitalization of the tourism industry, Rentlio hopes to contribute to creating a more competitive, digitally literate, and modern hospitality sector in Croatia.
As part of this collaboration, Rentlio has become a partner of WorldSkills Croatia, a national competition for high school students that allows secondary vocational schools in the tourism and catering sector to practice using hotel operations management systems. By practicing with Rentlio Pro, students gain essential skills for future employment while preparing for competitions.
