Red Bull’s Formula One Partnership with EA Sports Aims to Boost F1 Gaming Experience

Red Bull and EA Sports to Team up for 2024 F1 Season

EA Sports has announced a promotional partnership with the Red Bull Formula One team for the upcoming 2024 season. Under this agreement, Red Bull will play a key role in promoting the release of F1 24 and other EA Sports titles, including EA Sports FC. Max Verstappen, who has a background in gaming and was involved with Team Redline, an esports outfit, will once again collaborate with EA Sports on this project.

Verstappen’s involvement in gaming makes him an ideal candidate for this collaboration. The partnership aims to enhance the F1 gaming experience and take it to the next level with F1 24. Given his background in gaming, it is no surprise that Verstappen will be involved in this project.

Christian Horner, Red Bull Racing’s chief executive and team principal, expressed excitement about the partnership with EA Sports. He noted that F1 is growing and attracting new, younger, and diverse audiences worldwide, many of whom engage with racing through gaming. This collaboration is expected to appeal to these audiences and help attract new fans to the sport.

Looking ahead, Formula One returns to China this weekend for the Chinese Grand Prix at the Shanghai International Circuit from April 19th to 21st. In addition to this event, the BlackBook Motorsport Forum will be held in London in April for its 10th anniversary edition, focusing on the evolution of motorsport and the trends shaping the industry in the coming decade.
