Bob Faith, the founder and CEO of the global real estate firm Greystar, has been named to Forbes’ “World’s Billionaire List,” which highlights the richest people around the globe. With a net worth of $5.8 billion, he ranks No. 511 on the list, but his real-time net worth ranking recently climbed to No. 505. In 2023, Faith also ranked No. 182 on the Forbes 400 Richest People in America list.
For three decades, Faith has overseen all aspects of Greystar, which he founded in 1993, including organizational structure, strategic planning, and company growth.
