Ravens Quarterback Lamar Jackson’s Commitment to Weight Management: From 230 to 205 Pounds and Counting

Lamar Jackson Reveals He Has Slimmed Down to 205 Pounds

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has been actively working on his physique during the offseason instead of lounging around. He recently shared in an Instagram segment on Complex Sports that he has slimmed down to 205 pounds, a significant drop from his previous weights. Reading social media posts about himself, Jackson acknowledged the change in his body, stating that he was 230 pounds two years ago, 215 pounds last season, and is now at 205 pounds.

Despite being listed at 215 pounds on the Ravens roster, Jackson has made it clear that he has been consistently monitoring his weight and making adjustments accordingly. In 2022, he focused on adding muscle mass to increase his weight to 220 pounds, which he achieved. He later decided to shed 5 pounds last year to achieve his second MVP award, showcasing his commitment to maintaining peak physical condition.

Jackson’s dedication to fitness and performance on the field is evident in his disciplined approach to weight management. By actively monitoring and adjusting his weight through muscle gain and loss, he has been able to fine-tune his physique and achieve successful results on the football field.
