Rams Performance Camps offer a range of experiences for young athletes, with coed football camps and coed cheerleading camps catering to all positions and skill levels. Former NFL and All-American collegiate athletes and coaches lead each non-contact camp, focusing on teaching basic football concepts, advanced positional skill development, and football education. The camp curriculum also emphasizes character development by promoting a competitive mindset and highlighting the transferable life skills gained through playing football, which can translate to success in the classroom.
The Rams Cheerleaders will lead the coed cheerleading camp for campers of all experience levels. Throughout the camp, participants will learn the fundamentals of dance, basic sideline choreography, and how to achieve a star-studded stage presence. The camp aims to build self-esteem in attendees to prepare them for center stage performances, offering valuable skills that can be applied on the field and in the classroom.
In addition to the football and cheerleading camps, Rams Performance Camps also feature an orientation for parents/guardians in support of the NFL’s Play Football “Get in the Game” initiative. Led by NCAA representatives, the orientations will focus on college entrance requirements for student-athletes. Each camp will also include lunch from Rams partner Carl’s Jr., giveaways, a live DJ, and photo opportunities with the Super Bowl LVI Trophy. Some camp locations will feature appearances from Rams Legends and mascot Rampage, with each camp open to 400 attendees who will receive a branded t-shirt.
Registration is now open for Rams Performance Camps at therams.com/performance-camps for the following locations: Cerritos High School, Grossmont High School, Birmingham High School, and Chino Hills High School. The camps will take place from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. PT
