Schedule for Friday’s NASCAR Truck and Xfinity races at Charlotte Motor Speedway

Charlotte Motor Speedway is bracing for a busy Friday with two national NASCAR series on track. The ARCO Truck Series teams will be practicing, qualifying, and racing, while Xfinity Series teams will also be practicing and qualifying for their race on Saturday afternoon.

The defending winner of the Charlotte Truck race is Ben Rhodes, who is currently ninth in the Truck standings as he looks to secure his first win of the season. NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has been fined $75,000 for a fight, and his father has been indefinitely suspended. However, Kyle Busch has not been penalized for his involvement.

Some Cup drivers entered in the Xfinity race this weekend include Chase Elliott, Ty Gibbs, Kyle Busch, and Noah Gragson. The weather at Charlotte Motor Speedway is expected to have partly cloudy skies with a chance of rain in the evening, with a high of 78 degrees.

The schedule for Friday includes ARCO Menards Series and Craftsman Truck Series practice in the morning, followed by Xfinity Series activities. The day will conclude with the ARCO Menards Series race and the Truck Series race in the evening. Overall, it promises to be an action-packed day at the track with plenty of exciting racing events to look forward to.

NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr.’s father was suspended indefinitely after being involved in a fight during last week’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Ben Rhodes won his second straight NASCAR Camping World Truck Series championship last year and currently leads the series standings by just one point over Ross Chastain.

Kyle Busch enters this weekend’s Xfinity Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway looking to continue his dominance in that series as well.

Chase Elliott is making his third start in this weekend’s Xfinity Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway after winning last year’s event from pole position.
