WellSync enables Publix customers to access fast telehealth services for just $25

Customers of Publix can now access a virtual telehealth service powered by WellSync, which allows them to receive medical care from a licensed provider without making an appointment and from the comfort of their home. Publix Pharmacy is committed to removing barriers for customers to receive convenient health care services that meet their needs. The company aims to provide services that are easy to use and accessible to anyone age 18 or older for common health conditions such as allergies, sinus infections, and hair loss, among others.

The online service costs $25 per consultation and patients do not need insurance to utilize it. Customers can visit publix.com/easycare to access the WellSync site, select their medical condition, complete a questionnaire about their symptoms, and submit it for review by a licensed medical provider. Providers can typically respond to submissions within an hour on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

In addition, customers can use the service to refill certain medications, which can be filled at a Publix Pharmacy location near them or through the Publix Pharmacy app or website where available for pickup or delivery options where available. Customers can create a Publix Pharmacy account through rx.publix.com or download the Publix Pharmacy app to manage and pay for their prescriptions online easily with refill reminders curbside pickup drive-thru delivery options available at some locations
