Promoting Psychological Safety in the Workplace: A Practical Guide for Diverse and Inclusive Leadership

Up to a 70 percentage point difference in employees’ sense of belonging and psychological safety can be attributed to effective leadership. This was highlighted in Harvard Business Review and Google’s 2017 study on high-performing teams, where psychological safety was identified as a key factor in a team’s success.
