West Ham is reportedly eyeing Wolves captain Max Kilman, who joined the club from non-league Maidenhead in 2018. The Hammers have shown interest in the 27-year-old central defender, but as of now, no formal offer has been made.
Kilman’s performance last season was exceptional, as he played every minute of all 38 league games for Wolves. This achievement is even more impressive considering only Arsenal’s William Saliba matched his feat as an outfield player. Kilman signed a contract extension until 2028 just a year ago, showcasing the club’s commitment to him.
Despite not actively seeking to sell Kilman, Wolves might consider it if West Ham reaches the rumored fee of £45m. New manager Julen Lopetegui has worked with him before during their time at Molineux, and it’s possible that this could influence West Ham’s decision to make a move for the defender.
