Partner Emphasizes Quality Service for Deaf Community in Sign Language Interpretation Event

Making Emergency Customer Service Accessible to 700,000 Deaf and Hard of Hearing Individuals

Maya Radoshinsky, VP of Service and Sales at Partner, was a key speaker on the panel. She emphasized the importance of providing quality service to all customers, including those with disabilities. Maya highlighted the need for fast, sensitive, and personalized service, especially during emergencies when continuous communication services are critical.

The event was initiated by Sign Now, a company that developed an innovative application connecting the deaf community with service providers through real-time video calls with interpreters. This allows deaf individuals to contact customer service centers with the help of interpreters who can facilitate communication effectively and efficiently. Partner recently expanded its service to operate 24/7 to better meet the needs of its customers.

According to the Central Bureau of Statistics in Israel, there are approximately 700,000 deaf and hard of hearing individuals, with around 20,000 of them being sign language speakers. Tomer Levy, founder and CEO of Sign Now, praised Partner for being the first company in Israel to believe in their concept back in February 2022. This support has helped them collaborate with others and work towards making Israel more accessible to sign language users.

The event also included a call to action to hire professional photographers to boost visibility for businesses. By engaging a professional photographer, companies can enhance their visibility and reach a wider audience. Hiring a professional can help improve the image and credibility of a business leading to increased recognition and success.
