Featherweight and lightweight champion Salahdine Parnasse has renewed his multifight deal with KSW, announcing his decision to stay with the promotion. The terms of the agreement were not made public.
The 26-year-old Frenchman had previously fought out his contract in April, which led to speculation that he may explore free agency and receive offers from other organizations such as the UFC and PFL. Although no other offers were revealed, fans were left guessing about Parnasse’s future based on his enigmatic social media posts.
Parnasse is currently the featherweight and lightweight champion in KSW, and had also attempted to become a triple champion by challenging for the welterweight title in December. However, he was unsuccessful in that bout against champion Adrian Bartosiński. Despite this setback, Parnasse returned to form in April with a first-round knockout victory over Valeriu Mircea.
