PA LGBTQ+ Health Needs Assessment: Addressing Health Disparities and Improving Well-Being for the LGBTQ+ Community in Pennsylvania

Survey Now Available to Evaluate Healthcare Needs of Pennsylvania’s LGBTQ+ Population

The 2024 PA LGBTQ+ Health Needs Assessment is a survey designed to improve the health and well-being of the LGBTQ+ community in Pennsylvania. It aims to identify any health disparities, barriers to care, and potential strategies for improvement. Additionally, the survey seeks to understand the healthcare experiences and overall well-being of LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians.

The information gathered from this survey will be used to guide future discussions and actions. The survey is open for participation until August and is available in both English and Spanish.

Individuals who are 13 years or older and identify as LGBTQ+ residents of Pennsylvania are invited to participate in the survey. All responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. The Pennsylvania Department of Health is sponsoring the survey, with Bradbury Sullivan LGBT Community Center and Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) assisting in its administration.
