Ozark Regional Library Receives LSTA Technology Ladder Grant from Daily Journal Online

Ozark Regional Library recently received a grant from the Missouri State Library to upgrade its technology. This grant will allow the library to replace older computers and improve meeting room technology at its locations. The library plans to purchase ten new computers for each of its locations, replacing outdated Windows 10 computers. Additionally, SmartBoards will be installed in the meeting rooms at the Fredericktown and Ironton locations, along with a document camera to enhance presentation capabilities. An extra staff printer will also be added to increase efficiency.

The total grant award amounts to $14,169.00 and was made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Sciences. The Institute of Museum and Library Services provides crucial federal support for libraries and museums across the nation, making initiatives like these possible. This grant will help Ozark Regional Library stay current with technology and provide better service to its patrons.
