Oklahoma Wesleyan baseball has secured their spot in the NAIA National Tournament after winning the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament with an undefeated weekend in Great Bend, Kansas. The Eagles clinched the tournament title with a 6-4 win over Kansas Wesleyan in the final match-up.

On Saturday, OKWU defeated Friends with a score of 7-5, setting them up for success in the title round on Sunday. The team now eagerly awaits the NAIA Tournament selection show on Thursday to learn their destination for the Regional portion of the event.

The final out sounded on the KCAC Network as Ashton Luera pitched a shutout inning to secure the victory for Oklahoma Wesleyan. The Eagles managed to score four runs across the fifth, sixth, and seventh innings, while Kansas Wesleyan was unable to score any runs after the seventh inning.

With this impressive win, Oklahoma Wesleyan has shown they are a force to be reckoned with in college baseball.
