Oklahoma City Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who was caught on video stomping on a puppy. The incident took place outside a business in southeast Oklahoma City, and the disturbing footage was captured by security cameras.
The graphic footage shows the man holding the puppy by its back legs, dragging its nose on the ground as he walks. He punches, kicks, and stomps on the defenseless animal before finally abandoning it. MSgt. Animal Welfare officials fear that the dog may have succumbed to its injuries despite efforts to locate it.
