NuWave Technology Partners LLC has recently acquired Rapid Green IT Services Inc., a managed information technology services provider based in Lansing. This marks the fourth acquisition made by NuWave Technology Partners since its founding in 2005 by Chad and Kyle Paalman. The acquisition of Rapid Green IT Services Inc. brings a team of experienced IT professionals and expands NuWave’s capabilities in managed cybersecurity, compliance, cloud solutions, infrastructure management, and artificial intelligence.
The Paalmans established a shared services company called Team Prescott earlier this year to support managed services providers across the country in their succession planning. According to a recent announcement, the acquisition of Rapid Green is a significant move in NuWave’s expansion strategy and positions the company as a market leader in the IT services industry. Future acquisitions will now be conducted through the Team Prescott organization, as stated by Team Prescott CEO Chad Paalman.
Chad Paalman emphasized the importance of alleviating administrative responsibilities for MSP owners so they can focus on their passion for IT and helping people.
