Nintendo Announces New Game Console and Upcoming Direct Event

Nintendo has announced that they will be unveiling a new game console, which will succeed the popular Nintendo Switch, within this fiscal year. The company has also revealed plans for a new Nintendo Direct event set to take place in June. This event will focus on discussing the software lineup for the new console in the second half of 2024.

Nintendo’s president, Shuntaro Furukawa, confirmed that the next console, which will succeed the Nintendo Switch, will be unveiled no later than March of next year.
