Collins’ contract includes a $17 million signing bonus, with $9 million payable within 15 days, $4 million paid on or before December 15, 2024, and $4 million paid on or before March 15, 2025. For the 2024 season, he will receive a fully guaranteed base salary of $1.616 million along with a per-game roster bonus of $625,005.

For the 2025 season, Collins will have a fully guaranteed base salary of $13.5 million and a per-game roster bonus of $625,005. In 2026, his base salary will be $20 million with $10 million becoming fully guaranteed on the fifth day of the 2025 league year and remaining $10 million fully guaranteed on the fifth day of the 2026 league year while also earning a per-game roster bonus of $625,005.

The contract also includes incentives for each season through 2027. For example, he will earn bonuses for making the Pro Bowl in each season as well as recording over 95 receptions and achieving over 146o receiving yards in any single season. Additionally, Collins’ new-money average is around $83 million and has an average annual payment of approximately $33 million which will allow him to become one of Houston’s highest-paid players when this deal expires after five years.
