NewBo City Market’s FLO Business Hub program is a six-month initiative aimed at equipping entrepreneurs and individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed in the competitive business environment. This program, which begins on May 8th, will provide participants with access to insider information and priority consideration for shopkeeper opportunities, as well as discounts on vendor rates and food-based business entrepreneur discounts.
The program costs $249 and offers limited scholarships for those in financial need. Participants will attend classes led by business professionals three times a month, covering topics such as business planning, branding, marketing strategies, pricing models, budgeting and licensing. Workshops will also allow participants to refine their business strategies.
Those interested in participating in the FLO Business Hub program can contact Matt McGrane, NewBo City Market’s director of equitable business development at (319) 200-4050 or via email at matt@newbocitymarket.co for more information or to sign up.
