Mayor Mike Purzycki recently welcomed The Dermatology Specialists to the bustling Downtown Business District of Wilmington. This esteemed dermatology group, known as one of the largest in the Northeast, has opened its second location in Delaware at 801 North Market Street.
In a special event, Mayor Purzycki, along with key individuals from The Dermatology Specialists, Downtown Visions, and the Ninth Street Development Company, gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the official introduction of the practice to Wilmington’s thriving business community.
The new location of The Dermatology Specialists in Wilmington is in the former premises of CVS Pharmacy, Inc. This New York-based dermatology practice recognized the increasing demand for dermatological services in the city and has expanded its reach to Delaware, marking its 47th location overall.
Mayor Purzycki praised the revitalization efforts on Market Street in recent years and expressed appreciation for the addition of The Dermatology Specialists to the community. Dr. Michael Saruk, the Medical Director of Delaware for The Dermatology Specialists, highlighted the practice’s commitment to providing accessible and comprehensive skincare to all residents of Wilmington.
