Arizona Sports will continue to be the home of the Cardinals, with all preseason games available on the Arizona Sports app and 98.7. In addition, sister station KOLD News 13 in Tucson will broadcast the Cardinals’ three preseason games. This year, the NFL team has announced a multi-year deal with its new broadcast partner, Arizona’s Family-owned CBS 5 for Phoenix-area residents.
The collaboration will provide great content and coverage for Cardinals fans, as well as opportunities for community initiatives. The deal includes airing an Arizona Cardinals High School Game of the Week, featuring live coverage of boys tackle football or girls flag football matchups.
VP and general manager Debbie Bush of Arizona’s Family expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the pride in bringing live, local sports to fans statewide. Gray Television, the owner of Arizona’s Family, added the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury to its offerings last year, with 3TV serving as the local television home for Suns games.
Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill expressed excitement about the new partnership as well. He stated that it would provide great content and coverage for Cardinals fans. Additionally, he mentioned that it would also open up opportunities for community initiatives.
