Mark Sanders, the CEO of R3 Strategic Support Group, announced the promotion of Chris Merwin to president of the company. This comes after approval from the Board of Directors and follows a reorganization of the company’s operations. Merwin has been with R3 for two years and was previously an EOD program manager before being promoted to director of operations last year. In his new role, Merwin will oversee the company’s mission and lead its employee-owned team dedicated to specialized military units.
