In 2024-2026, private employers can hire unemployed women who are victims of violence and beneficiaries of the Freedom Income without contributing to social security taxes. The exemption applies to three different hiring scenarios: indefinite employment lasting 24 months, temporary employment for 12 months, and the conversion of fixed-term employment relationships into permanent ones for 18 months from the date of the fixed-term hiring.

This exemption is part of legislative decree 34 of 2020, which was later converted into law 77 on July 17, 2020. Employers who hire eligible individuals during this time period can take advantage of this contribution exemption.
