The Kansas Hospital Association has hired Summer Fangman as an administrative professional. Fangman, a recent graduate from Washburn University with a degree in psychology, brings excellent customer service skills to the position. Prior to joining KHA, she worked as a shift supervisor for Glory Days Pizza and as an activities assistant at Ascension Living Via Christi Village.
Lance Liby has been promoted to the new chief business officer for FHLBank Topeka, a wholesale bank that serves member financial institutions in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. Liby, who previously served as the chief credit officer, will lead many member-facing areas. With a background in business administration and a master’s in business administration, Liby has been with FHLBank Topeka since 2013. He is committed to serving members and communities across the district through the member-owned cooperative.
