South Korean mobile network operator STAGE X has joined forces with Rakuten Mobile and Rakuten Symphony to establish a comprehensive framework for collaboration in technology and business exchange. As part of the MoU, Stage X will provide 5G services in the 28 GHz spectrum as a new greenfield mobile network operator.
