Chicago Sports Network to Broadcast Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox Games

A new network dedicated to broadcasting games from three Chicago professional sports teams is set to launch in October. The Chicago Sports Network (CHSN), a joint venture between the Blackhawks, Bulls, and White Sox, will offer fans across the region enhanced coverage and access to live games.

Pending approval from the league, CHSN will be available in Illinois, as well as parts of Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The network has secured agreements with traditional cable providers and streaming services and will also be accessible through free over-the-air broadcast. Jason Coyle, who has over 20 years of experience in Chicago sports media, has been named president of CHSN and emphasized the network’s focus on serving fans through various platforms and markets.

The Chicago Sports Network will operate from studios located in the United Center and Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago. The network will debut by airing preseason games from the Blackhawks and Bulls in October, with White Sox games set to be broadcast starting in 2025. White Sox games for the remainder of 2024 will continue to air on NBC Sports Chicago.

CHSN’s multisport programming will be available 24 hours a day on traditional cable providers and streaming services. The launch of CHSN is poised to provide fans across the region with enhanced coverage and access to live games from their favorite teams.
