Nebraska Falls Short in Ranking of EA Sports College Football’s Top Teams

Nebraska still has work to do in order to compete with the top teams in college football, according to the latest NCAA Football video game rankings. The Huskers were notably absent from all of the Top 25 ratings in EA Sports College Football’s video game, including rankings for toughest stadium atmospheres, top offenses, and top defenses. In addition, Nebraska’s specific rating was not disclosed, but five of their opponents in 2024 made the list.

The latest edition of the EA Sports college football franchise left Nebraska off their newly created Top 25 overall teams list, which is determined by averaging offensive, defensive, and special teams evaluations. Teams such as Ohio State, Colorado, Wisconsin, USC, and Iowa were listed with varying overall ratings. The top spot in the rankings went to Georgia, followed by Ohio State and Oregon.
